2. We will issue a return number.

3. Please send to us at -Returns, Soho Consulting , 158-160 Ravenscroft Road , Beckenham Kent , BR3 4TW

4. We will evaluate the fault or faults and quote you cost of repair.

5. If you wish to go ahead with repair we will require credit or debit card details.

6. We will complete repair and return the laptop to you.

7. Average turn around depends on parts availability but we aim to quote within 3 days and return with 12 days.
